JOB DESCRIPTION:

SQA:

• Control incoming material
• Control Verify NG Module samples
• Control Data inspection, data verify control
• Control Module issue/defect analyzing
• Control OH cost consumable control

DQA:

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful quality test/ verification feedback
• Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
• Update Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements
• Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
• Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
• Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
• Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products

OQA:

• Quality Control/ Quality Inspection
• Auditt/ ISO/ Standard management
• Do other works if be pointed

** Work location: Lot E, Trang Due Industrial Park, Hong Phong, An Duong, Hai Phong Province.

** Contract Type: Full time, Permanent.

REQUIREMENT:

- Universities Degree in Electrical/ Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering....

- Prefer candidates with working experiences in the same position or related field. Fesh man are accepted

- Understand about the production/ manufacturing process and could give our the detail level process mapping

- Be able to communicate in English/Chinese or Korean 

- Good at MS.Office Power Point, Excel) and related technical software

- A quick-learner and teamwork spirit

- Love working manufacturing companies like LGD and can work under pressure

- Knowledge about statistics, 6sigma (BB, MBB) is preferred
